Winterhill School is a secondary school situated in Kimberworth, Rotherham, South Yorkshire, England. The school was established in 2004 by the amalgamation of Old Hall Comprehensive School and the close by Kimberworth Comprehensive School. It lies on the previous location of Old Hall School, at the corner of High Street and Little Common Lane in Kimberworth. The title of the new school was selected by students and is drawn from from the “Winter Hills”, a variety of high grounds that lie exactly behind the school. These "Winter Hills" were the ruin heaps from the coal-mining procedures in the locality and were competently taken by constructed gardens in 1976. The title “Old Hall” dwelled on for a time in the close by Old Hall City Learning Centre, but this has now been renamed the “City Learning Centre @ Winterhill”.

The school uses round 150 employees and has an enrolment of between 1,600 and 1,700 students and accommodates young children from Years 7–11. There is no sixth pattern, but numerous departing students proceed on to entire farther learning in other organizations, such as Thomas Rotherham College and Rotherham College of Arts and Technology

Winterhill School has furthermore become an Accredited Test Centre for the European Computer Driving License.

I know this much about Winterhill School school.
