How can AMS penile implants claim that they will help with lenght and girth for ED

I am candidate for Penile Implant and wish to know why AMS 700 ultrex providers claim it will help with lenght and girth issues when all the doctors say it is impossible for the p***s to be lengthed but girth can be protected with the AMS implant.

    I've had mine for 3 years.
    Length and girth are slightly less than original.  
    It may be possible to increase both over time by inflating often to point of slight discomfort (pain).  I have not tried it.
    I have noticed that the number of (small) pumps to reach the pain threshold has increased over the years from 10 to 20 to now 40, with possible slight increase in length and girth.

    The AMS 700 LGX apparently has a new type of technology that allows for the expansion of length and girth and counters the common problem of size lessening that I've seen reported  http://www.amslgx.com/ This is their website, I've been considering it. It is supposed to be new technology so maybe your doctor hasn't heard of it.
