How can I connect netflix to tv with Wii console?

Everything seemed to work out fine when we put the netflix disc into the Wii, but when we tried to watch the movie it says Netflix did not connect to TV.  What can I do to fix this?

    In order to watch movies and TV episodes streaming from Netflix with your Wii console, you must:

    • Have an active Netflix subscription

    • Connect your Wii console to the Internet

    • Download Netflix Instant Streaming for Wii from the Wii Shop Channel

    • Connect your Wii console to your Netflix account
