How can I get the twitter tools to post my real URL?

I do not want my username to become the part of my Twitter URL. What am I supposed to do get twitter tools to post the my real URL.

    Click the "Plugins" menu located on the left sidebar menu after making wordpress account. Activate the plugin. ClickTwitter Tools widget and enter the URL
