How can I monitor the performance of my keywords?

I want to check the performance of my keywords through any adword tool. Please help so I can change the keywords that didn’t receive any impression

    The Quality Score column displays your keyword's Quality Score to help you monitor its performance. This column is disabled by default, but you can make it show in your account statistics by following these steps:

       1. Sign in to your AdWords account at adwords.google.com
       2. On the Campaigns tab, click the campaign and ad group names that you're interested in.
       3. Select the Keywords tab.
       4. Click Columns at the top of the statistics table.
       5. Select the "Qual. Score" checkbox.
       6. Click Save.
