How can I tell my mum I got my period??

Hey guys I'm 14 and started my period on Sunday 22nd yesterday and still havent told my mum. I know everyone says oh it will be fine and she's only your mum and stuff but I am finding this soooooooo hard it's unvelivable everytime I feel like I'm about to tell her I chicken out. She bought me some pads about a year ago and I've been usingthem but it's fairly heavy and I'm nearly out of pads. Omg!!! Hellp pleeeeaase someone!!! :'(( xx

And if she says what type . again.. it's the easiest way and my friends used it. its simply telling your mom you got your period literally using a .
