How is PIA Cargo Tariff Calculated?

I want to calculate the cargo tariff. Does anyone tell me the procedure to calculate PIA cargo tariff?

    PIA Cargo Tariff is charged on per Kilogram basis; on either the weight or the volume (which ever is higher). Goods, for example, Live Animals, Dangerous Goods, Perishables, and Valuables etc which require special handling are charged accordingly.
