How to find properties to list can make a new real estate agents life really exciting. its one thing to get people you know to list their property with you but getting a total stranger to list property requires some basic training. Where can I learn on how to get people to list properties with me? Searching for it on the net brings back irrelevant results and this is very important step for new real estate agents.

i'm looking for someone who understands real estate market and has some form of system that can be used to get new listings. i know it's a trade secret but remember whatever you want in life you gotta give it first. by teaching and sharing your knowledge with those who needed it most (the new agents) you can leave a lasting impact on someone's livelihood.

I'm hopeful someone will teach me the ropes until than i'll continue with trail and error and try to find my own system on how to find properties to list?

Best way to find properties to list is to talk to your family, friends, milkman, your teachers, lawyers and every other person you come in contact with. beside the personal network, use the internet to find prospects. majority of people search for what they are looking for on the net and if you can be found; you will get more listings than you can handle.
