How to get your best friend to be nice to your boyfriend?

Hey, I'm having some trouble with my relationships. My best friend hates my boyfriend and is never nice.So his best friend called me a hoe  for not making her stop(How does "hoe" even relate?). So now we're fighting. But me and my ex-boyfriend still like each other. But we felt like we had to brake up.We can get back togather but there will be a lot of fighting. So I really hope you have you have advice.
