We never received email back for parental confirmation

My email address is tdhutch7@yahoo.com.  Our doll code is KV8M-28SZ-3367.
We put our code in a couple of days after Christmas, but we never got the email for parental confirmatiom. Perhaps I made a typing error.  When we enter our sign in codes, it says we need to complete the parental confirmation.  Can you help us resolve this issue as my daughter is excied and anxious to play with Sophie.  Thank you.

    Some email providers have very strong spam filters and the parental confirmation email may not have gotten through.  Check you spam filters and if there's nothing there, email them and ask for a new code:  customercare@spinmaster.com
