I can't copy data (video) from the camera to my computer.

The video file is a MP4 file that the computer doesn't recognize. I get message "Server execution failed when I try to transfer the video from the camera to the computer. Still photos (jpeg) transfer with no problems. Help!!

    It is possible that you have problem in your windows, perhaps some files are missing so you should refresh your windows first to transfer your data into the system in a proper.
