I have a Crosley turntable RE2832, I can't get the turntable to turn!

have tried turning off / used radio & CD / changed speed settings (table does not turn on any of them), have put back in phono mode and still no luck, was working fine other day, I think husband may have forgotten to take needle off again at end of record???

    Hey I have the same problem, was playing a vinyl yesterday, and it literally finished the last song for 10 seconds max, and I heard this 'click' and it won't rotate anymore?
