I need help in Choosing adword time zone

I am creating adword account and I have selected my local time zone, if for any reason I am shifted to another city what should I do to change it?

    Most advertisers prefer to select their own local time zone for their account, but you can pick any time zone you like. Note that your account time zone can be set only once, so please choose carefully during the account set-up process.
