If I have a BOQ Security Token, do I need to use it to logon?

I have security token by Bank of Queensland and I need to know if I need the  logon to internet banking as well

    The BOQ Security Token will not be required to logon to Internet Banking, but will be used to authenticate some transactions where funds are transferred out of the bank.
