I need to know if I can complain about a closed product recall in the Australian government

    Just because a recall has been closed on the Australian consumer commission website, it does not mean that a consumers rights to a remedy are restricted. A consumer who is in possession of a recalled product has rights under contract law to obtain a remedy from the supplier.
