Is Rahat Fateh Ali Khan arrested because he is Pakistani?

In history I haven’t heard amir khan and salman khan are detained for doing anything, but I think that detention of rahat fateh ali khan is because of he is Pakistani citizen. What do you think?

    It might be a science behind it, but I think this penalty should be on equality basis.
