    According to the latest weather reports in New Zealand the coastal areas of the North Island are being warned to expect flooding as heavy rain and high tides combine tonight.
   
   Kiwi's MetService expected Up to 200mm of rain, strong onshore winds and very high tides create a flood threat for low lying coastal areas.
