My computer will not accept my disk into the Windows 7 program.

Everytime my computer crashes I loose all my information on the Signature Greetings disc.

    Hi, much more info is needed. What kind of disk? Is it a problem with the CD/DVD drive, if so is it listed in My Computer?
    Write in again and give as much pertinant info as you can.
