My rca d61w20 wont turn on. What can it be?

At first green lines would only show and now it wont turn on at all. When I press the power button, the button lights up and then dims out.

    my rcal32wd22 tv won't has problems turning on. tv comes on but turns off after only a couple of seconds. When problem firt arose, it took only a couple of minutes to turn on but now takes hours. What could it be?

    i unplug my tv and still doing the same thing. turn power on the green light come on then it go off and agian the same thing on and off three times
