I quit one company and joint another. However I have not withdrawn my PF from previous company. Now it has been almost 1 year. Can I directly download the form, fill it out and submit it to PF office for withdrawal?

    no you can't directly withdraw the PF amount.  You have to send the form your company. the company then processess the same
