    hello
Pain at the back of left ear suggest, some kind of nerve compression at the exit from the cervical rib.

You need to see an orthopaedician and if possible a neurologist to rule out any pathological state.

X-ray of cervical ribs will help to come to some conclusion.
Examination by a specialist is foremost important.

    Hi,
Sounds lie a migraine headache. Migraine pain can be moderate to severe and has a trobbing, pulsating character. Some people have blurring vision or flasing zigzags before the headache starts. Migraines can come with confusion, difficulty speaking, numbness and tingling to the face or down the arms, dizziness and a tender sore area on the head with neck pain. The pain worsens with any kind of activity or movement. There are very effective medications for migraines, but I would start with your physician for an evaluation and MRI of the brain. If this is negative, abortive medications can be started when the headache occurs. Hope this helps you!
