In Georgia law, how does what is written in the will stand-up if one person had a joint account with the person whose will is up for probate?

    Hi There,
I don't know georgia specific law on the subject, but typically joint bank accounts pass by operation of law, not by the will, which means that the survivor on the joint account gets title to the whole account on the death of the co-owner.  I'm not sure about this, so i suggest you do some additional research as pertains to Ga law.
