Hi, I was working in a software company and resigned from the services on 18th Feb'09. The reason for resignation is because they suspected me in forging the expense bill to which i explained my position. Inspite of my repeated request and explanation they asked me to put up my paper or else they will remove me.

Now they are not giving me the relieving letter inspite of my repeated call and followup even after 40 days of my resignation.

By not giving relieving letter and not informing the reasons, I am not in a position to apply to anyother job.

Can you please suggest the course of action and the legal position
