The engine starts every once in a while but dies right a away when it does. When it doesn't start, it makes a clicking noise. What can be wrong with my car? I changed the fuel filter and it started for a good 15m then died. I reset the theft system, it turned over, ran for about 3 min and now it just makes a clicking noise

Clean your battery terminals with some sandpaper, if that does not do it, i would check the engine ground, it is located where the engine and transmission meet right in front of the radiator fan. clean the contact points with sandpaper again.
