Help! I am on birth control and normally never miss it. I usually take it at the exact same time

I am on birth control and normally never miss it.  I usually take it at the exact same time everyday (1pm).  Well On May 8th i took my pill late at approx. 1am.  The i missed it on May 9th so i took it at 1pm on May 10th then i took my May 10th pill at 10pm because i wanted to start taking my pill before bed because it was making me sick.  So on May 11th i had s*x but my partner wore a condom for extra protection...now today may 20th i am spotting a little bit...could this be because i switched times for taking my pill and i missed that saturday?  Help!

    Yes sometimes missing a pill or taking it at different times will cause spotting.
