Question:

The Father of my children has not seen his sons in 4 yrs prior to that he had supervised visits

He did not comply with supervised visits and now 4 yrs later he wants to see them . They are 10 and 13 and they do not want anything to do with him. We have a court date and i have no atty and i do not want my sons to hurt over his control issues. he is violent i have  had 2 dvo's on him,due to his violence and he still thinks he can be a father fiqure. He draws ssi/disibilty and let his oldest son drop out of school. How do i present this to the judge without an atty?

    get a pro bono attorney ,or go to a womens center they usually have access to free attoerneys foe women in your situation.going to court without one is a bad idea
