    At work place the impact of color is not that much concerned. The things which are to be in one's personality, are the skills which make him/her unique. The abilities to work and progress counts more then the color. This discrimination is created by certain group of people which are there in almost every society, religion and area who think that people are distinguished on the bases of color but actually it is not like that. America is on top of those countries which follow the color discrimination and they are the one who had transferred this virus to the other parts of the world.
