The arrivals and departures lounge is located in the central part of the terminal. To enter the lounge you need to pass through security screening and ensure that you follow the directions of the security personnel at the Townsville airport. The travelling public, “meeters and greeters’, and visitors may access the central lounge area.
Qantas Club members can access the Qantas Club Lounge facilities after passing through security screening. The Qantas Club Lounge is situated to the left of the security screening area.
