I have an upright WW Kimball piano with serila No. 235688.  Is there any way to determine its age.  I was told several years back it was probably mfg between 1915-1920.  Is that about right?  It has been restored with new ivory keys and pads.  It is in excellent shape and very beautiful.  I know with it being restored its value has gone down, but it was in pretty bad shape beforehand.
Thanks for any input, advice, or knowledge that can be shared.

I too have a ventage Kimball Upright, SN: 36496, Worlds Columbian Exposition 1895 first tuned in 1906.  My piano has been refinished but has all original insides and keys, some not so good but overall it plays well.  It is dificult to say the value but from my research it seems to be between $3,000. and $6,500. Totally restored it might be more? The steel harp make it more desirable and if in good shape adds some value, nor rust, corosion etc.  Good luck and play it until it sells.  Bob
