What do people think when they see a bulge in someones jeans?

I always have a bulge, when i have an erection and when i dont, and i'm wooried if people think that i have an erection all the time. I always wear normal jeans and it's visible that the bulge is going down the left leg and not up, but once my friend (female) asked me if i had an erection wich i didnt at the time. I would like to hear womens opinion on this because men moastly know what is happening and they almost never look dow there.So the main question is do people think that i have an erection? Other question is wether they find it interesting, s**y and nice to see or they are repulsed? P.S. Sorry if my english is bad, its a foreign language to me

I always have a bulge in my jeans because I have very large ball and a fat p***s. My pines tends to lay to my left and is very visible because my my large balls push the p***s up. I like the attention since I am g*y. Jay
