What is a good Fast acting laxative remedy?

Hi

I have constipation for almost 2 days now. I have tried many medicines but they have all very slow effect on my bowel movements. Any idea about a fast acting laxative remedy will be much appreciated. Please help me, I just want to get rid of it.
