What is the treatment of palladium allergy?

My 9 years old younger sister is allergic to nickel and palladium. Please help me out what is the treatment of Palladium allergy? Is there any website which can guide me about the problem I am asking about?

    If you suspect having palladium allergy, you can get yourself a patch test from an allergist. Once tested for allergy, you should avoid all forms of palladium. Topical corticosteroids or anti-histamines are used to treat the skin reactions caused due to palladium.
