    The Cultural Center of the Philippines or easily the CCP is established in Pasay City and the City of Manila, Metro Manila, the Philippines, and was opened in 1969 to encourage and maintain Filipino creative pursuits and heritage, and to become a mecca of heritage and the creative pursuits in Asia.
