What to do if GPRS activated and have problem in handset?

I am a Jazz customer and have subscribed to GPRS, but I am unable to use GPRS due to a problem in my set what should I do.

    If you are subscribed to GPRS, you can enjoy using GPRS and MMS by using any other mobile set at any time.
