   Environmental science deals with the study of the environment, and the solution of environmental problems and ecology is the branch of biology concerned with the relations between organisms and their environment.

   The difference between these to sciences is almost interlinked in a way that Ecology explains the role of living organism to each other and to surroundings and Environmental Biology explains the role of these surroundings including the scientific study of physics, chemistry, biology, soil science, geology and geography.
