Oven not working.  Other parts ( broiler / top burners) all working.  Tested voltage at small box at lower back of oven and found minimal to no voltage.  Cannot hear or smell gas.  Have accessed circuit board behind controls at top of unit but cannot see a way to test it.  Any suggestions.

Thanks

My oven is about 12 years old.  I just had my new tank (5 months old) and tried to use my oven to bake cookies and after 45 minutes they weren't done. I noticed when I opened the oven that I could hear a sound like a draft blowing.  The oven was lit but the oven wasn't very hot.  I then turned the oven off.  I returned about 10 minutes later to my kitchen and could smell a horrible smell, like burning rubber.  I went outside and turned off the valve from the tank to the house.  My tank is a tall portable tank that we take to get filled. Last year I had some kind of a switch replaced in the oven.  Can you help?
