Can someone tell me that who can shop at duty free Philippines? Is these duty free shops are only for passengers moving from abroad or the local people can also buy products from duty free shops of Philippines.

    Following persons can buy products of Duty Free shop Philippines:

    • Arriving travelers (Regular Filipino Travelers/Foreign Tourists/Balikbayan/OFWs), after reaching from a foreign country, at any airport or seaport.

    •         Departing travelers with verified bookings destined to foreign nations directly before boarding their air journey or vessel at an airport or seaport of entry / exit.

    •         Diplomatic personnel/personnel of other foreign authorities and agencies of worldwide association, organizations, associations and bureaus deserving to levy and/or obligation exemption as endorsed by the Department of Foreign Affairs may buy levy and obligation free merchandise through their respective embassies, legation, organisations, association, association, consular agencies or bureaus supplied that the purchase/sale will be finished through a Purchase Authorization/Order.

    •         Arriving Passengers, just present your identification and plane permit at the Customer Registration Counter of the DFP outlet.

    •         Departing Passengers Orders may be put at the diverse Order Centers which will convey and supply general merchandise, except liquor, tobacco and chocolates. The merchandise bought per one-by-one alignment will be crammed and consigned under culture guard to DFP assertion counters at the worldwide aerodrome or seaport to be selected up by the travelers directly before boarding his/her air journey or vessel.
