Why is the Singapore passport collection service available at selected post offices only? Any plan to extend it island-wide?

    The selected Singapore post offices are chosen based on their geographical locations. Majority of them are located in the heartlands and commercial centres with high traffic volumes to meet the needs of critical masses. ICA Singapore and SingPost will monitor the take-up rates and assess if the collection service can be extended to more post offices.
