I have submitted a Singapore passport application for my child. However, I am unable to accompany him to collect his passport. How do I authorize someone to collect my childs Singapore passport on my behalf?

    You need to authorise the person who will be accompanying the child, in writing. The authorisation letter should include the authorised person's and your name and Singapore IC number, as well as the child's name and Birth Cert number. Also, the person you have authorised to collect your child's Singapore passport should bring along your original identity card for verification purposes.
