Question:

Why can't I connect to any website when using my google browser?

I have Windows XP, Desk top, Google Default browser, Norton 360, and every website I try to connect to with Google I get the following message (Google as example). I have tried MS Internet Explore and have no problems. This just started yesterday and I have not made any changes to my computer.
Error Message:
The webgage at https://www.google.com/accounts/RO? c=CJfzqJnJ2ZP1IwEQ_6Te712N27D4AQ&hi=en might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
Below is the original error message
Error 10 (net::ERR_ACCESS_DENIED): Unknown error

    Try to clear the cache of google browser.
