Why is it that when people tell their dogs to do something in English, they get mad when they don't listen?

    People talk to dogs because dogs listen.  When nobody else is willing to they are.  They learn to understand your habits and your wants by the things you continually do around them.  They also can detect your mood by your tone of voice.  Dogs are confident animals and when trained right can do amazing things.  They provide us with companionship when no one can be around.
