Why does it say click here to continue to access my AdWords account?

I think i can't navigate past the "Click here to continue" message due to the security settings I need help to configure the settings to access my account.

    Right click Click here to continue and select Open in New Window
    # try signing in to your AdWords account at adwords.google.com.
    # When Click here to continue appears, right click the link and select Open in New Window.
    # Your account will then open in a new window.
