Why is Google finding Problems with Sitemaps?

while I was uploading my website sitemap, Google started giving the errors and is not uploading them. Please help me ?

    The Sitemap Details lists any errors Google found with your Sitemap, as well as warnings about potentially problematic issues. You can check out the problem you face through google.com/support/webmasters/bin/answer.py?answer=35738
