Why won't my washer rinse?

    Your washing machine pump fills with water from the supply line hooked into the back of the machine
   
   If your washing machine has no problem filling and agitating, but neglects to drain your problem is probably the hose or the pump. You must also make sure it is not jammed or clogged with something. There are these steps to get it fixed:
   
   1. Clear out the foreign object if it has jammed the pump
   
   2. The drive belt should not be broken or loose.
   
   3. Make sure that the power cord is securely plugged into a grounded three-prong outlet.
   
   4. Check to make sure that both the hot and cold water faucets are turned on.
   
   5. Check to see if your washer is overloaded.
   
   6. Make sure that the lid is closed. The rinse cycle will not start if the lid is open.
