Question:

Zoom H4 not recording.

"Yesterday I reorded all day on my Zoom H4-or so I thought...when I got home the files were there but no sound. Been playing around with it all morning and still can't get it record any sound...tried all the different settings, MP3, ect.  Any suggestions?

    Hi There,
    I bought a H2n last night and have struggled with the set-up this am.
    If you have not resolved the issue yet,try going to page 33 of the manual.I followed the start-up guide (the two page sheet) and it did not mention anything about needing to put the H2n in an USB mode.
    My task now is to find out how to transfer files recorded on the H2n to my laptop. I'm sure it's easy enough but I can't yet see any information in the manual etc.
