bluetooth problems with jvc nx7000

im having problems with my bluetooth adapter on my jvc nx700 head unit it keeps saying reset 08 but when i check the wires there all fine can you help?

    I have called JVC and they recommend to disconnect all wires from the back of the unit when the error message RESET08 comes up.  I have done this 4 times which worked at first, but now does not.  I called again and they noted that a Firmware (software) update is needed.  There is no ETA for this update.
