    Burning smell is an indication that there is some sort of short circuit. Due to that short circuit the wires burn and gives the burning smell. 

   
   

   Now you need to take the hover to the service center near to your home and they will fix it for you. 

   
   

   And if you want to do it on your own then you can the burned wire will be in changed color you need to replace that wire.
