   No you can't print a buils a bear birth certificate online because if you could they would think that you didn't really even make that pet or somehting and then you have to got o the store to get your pet any ways and when you say you bought one or printed the certificate then their going to think its not real and not give you your animal.But if you do it at the store it goes through the computers in front and then tells them its true and to make you that bear.
