   I don't know why you ask that question but as far as am concern, Africa culture is world most expensive and rich culture beside suffering in some part pf Africa countries.Most of Africans respect their cultures,tradition and practice extended family meaning instead of grandfather,parent and children, they further to sisters,uncles, aunt,,siblings,nephews etc.
   They take responsibility of welfare for families. Africans have their own way of dressing,dealing with issues etc.  For example  if have a problem with my partner, we go to the elders for a resolve.
