    Hi,
    They should always pay for the week in advance, which guarentees that you won't be working for free! And if parents want to pay a month in advance, let them. I would just make sure that everyone is always a week ahead, so you get your money. And make sure they all sign a contract. Some people can only make payments 1 week at a time.
